So my friend Nyree had us over one night to make individual pizzas. The dough she made was amazing and Mike told me I needed to get her recipe and it was his new favorite pizza dough. We now normally only use this recipe because it is pretty easy to make and because it taste so good. You can even freeze it and it will rise pretty well as long as it doesn't stay in the freezer for too long of a time. I hope you all enjoy it.
Nyree Bevan's Pizza Dough
3 c. warm water
2 tbsp yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
6-7 c. flour (approximately)
Mix warm water, yeast, and 1 tbsp of sugar in a separate bowl. Let it sit until it doubles in size. Mix the rest of the ingredients together while waiting for the yeast; except for the flour. Then add the yeast to the rest of the ingredients. Add enough flour gradually until it pulls away from the bowl.
Bake at 400' for 15-20 min. depending on the thickness of the crust. Enjoy!
